Low Carb Protein PancakesIngredients
2 Whole Eggs
1 scoop Pro Choice Lean Whey or Femme Choice Toning Whey
2 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
Directions
Microwave peanut butter in a bowl for 45 seconds to melt
Scramble in both eggs with the melted peanut butter and mix well
Mix 1 scoop of Pro Choice Lean whey or Femme Choice Toning Whey and mix until batter forms
Pour half of the batter into a Pam-sprayed pan and cook
Flip the pancake and continue cooking. Put in a dish and repeat step 4 with the remaining half of the batter. Enjoy!
Granola Protein BarsIngredients
3 serves of Vanilla Pro Choice Lean Whey or Femme Choice Toning Whey
1½ cups of mixed nuts
3 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons of honey
½ cup low fat coconut milk
½ cup shredded coconut
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Directions
Blend 1½ cups mixed nuts in blender
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Spread mixture in baking tray and bake in oven for 15 to 20min until brown
